As a Recruitment Marketing Associate at Lilly you will be a driving force in attracting top talent by helping to develop and execute brand marketing plans that highlight what life at Lilly is all about. As a valued member of our Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will collaborate closely with recruiters, talent scouts, HR business partners and cross-functional partners to leverage technology, develop branded content and provide marketing support to cultivate an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support in designing, developing, and executing recruitment marketing plans for US and global talent online and offline.

  • Working with the Creative, Content and Channels team, ensures campaigns and content on Lilly channels align to the Lilly brand and narrative

  • Partner cross-functionally (Comms, IT, Compliance, Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Privacy) to deliver compliant campaigns, projects, and strategies to advance recruitment efforts across all functional areas

  • Develop/deliver educational material to the Global Recruiting and Staffing team, HR partners, and internal stakeholders on effectively leveraging social media to recruit top talent

  • Effective prioritization to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced dynamic and changing environment including but not limited to maintaining project schedule of team deliverables

  • Identify, research, analyze and strategically integrate new opportunities/technologies to enhance our recruitment marketing approach

  • Deliver reports on campaign performance metrics, providing insights on the success of the execution

  • Champion diversity internally and externally to recruit, hire, and retain a truly diverse workforce

  • Write/Contribute/Edit copy for recruitment marketing content

  • Support new technology launches (ex; website launch, CRM integration)

  • Contribute to the Lilly Careers social media editorial calendar and partner with comms to align on narratives, optimized across all platforms

  • Work with external agencies to develop, execute, and report on paid digital and social media campaigns

  • Partner with social listening center of excellence ensuring timely response to external customers, including handling issues, reporting adverse events/product complaints, and any related triage

  • Provide tactical development of branding content for recruiting including diversity recruitment initiatives, general branding, Lilly careers website and more

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1 year of demonstrated success running digital/social media campaigns and/or recruitment marketing plans

  • 1 year of demonstrated success in developing and/or implementing brand marketing strategies

Or

  • Non-Marketing/Comms related Bachelor’s degree acceptable if accompanied with the below experiences

  • 3 years of demonstrated success running digital/social media campaigns

  • 3 years of demonstrated success in developing and/or implementing brand marketing strategies

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Broad understanding of digital and social media environment, related platforms, and social media management tools

  • Strong client relationship management experience

  • Experience managing a website CMS

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate valued business becoming a true partner and advisor to the group you support

  • Previous experience developing corporate branding campaigns

  • Proficient in writing formal internal and external communications

  • Successful experience in managing multiple (> 5 ) projects at once

  • Experience developing digital marketing metrics, reporting, and using data to make process improvements

  • Strong problem-solving agility, communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to prioritize across multiple contending priorities

  • Validated ability to develop, implement and execute strategic plans and related tactics

  • Prior work supporting global partners in affiliates around the world and/or conferring with colleagues on the implementation and usage of digital media and diversity recruitment strategies
