Scope: 

To organize and test samples from raw material, in-process or bulk area.  Support any required method validation activity, equipment qualification and/or method transfer.  Execute as per performance behaviors expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform analysis and verify data of samples from Raw Material, Bulk, Stability and/or In-Process areas by following analytical methods, SOP’s and Pharmacopoeia.
  • Meets SOP’s training requirements (GMP, EHS).
  • Support training agenda for other personnel.
  • Participates in a team if required by area supervisor.
  • Helps with the laboratory supplies inventory.
  • Support housekeeping initiatives.
  • Support any equipment qualification (if required).
  • Support method validation/transfer initiative.
  • Support with the waste management in the QCL.
  • Support our Safety culture.
  • Follow LdC employee manual.

Education:

  • Associate degree in Science, preferably Chemistry

Experience: 

  • 2 years of experience (preferable)

Essentials and Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge in HPLC, UPLC, GC, AA, UV-Vis, FTIR, ELISA/Immunoassay test, CE, Analytical Balance and Microbalance, general laboratory instrumentation, wet chemistry.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Oral/Written)
  • Work in shifts (e.g. 2-3-2 day/night, 2nd shift) (if required)
